London After Midnight audio movie review

London After Midnight was received from Pocket Universe Productions and I chose to review it. The horror audio drama, based upon a believed long lost 1927 era Lon Chaney silent movie of the same name, is something I am not generally used to, however I am “game” for trying new things. This Gothic crime/vampire/ghost tale was put together by professionals and voiced by those “in the know,” in the business. At 56 minutes in length, the audio drama starts right in on the action and never gives up, which is something I like, no time fillers “just because.”. As always, I will not go into plot details but this audio movie remake is fun filled and just in time for Halloween. With possible ghosts, possible vampires, Scotland Yard involvement, this audio drama is a gothic adventure and may reinvigorate the search for the original long lost “silent” film, or cause a rise in interest in its “talkie” remake.
